Integrated telecommunication infrastructure services provider Naza Communications Sdn Bhd – NCSB is set to increase its footprint in Malaysia with a target roll-out of 300 to 600 towers by 2019.
“The expansion would be achieved through optimising upfront investment and maximising roll-outs,” Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Al-Fazirul David Abdullah said in a statement today.
NCSB, a subsidiary of Naza Group of Companies, has invested RM20 million and erected 200 towers across the country, and planned to build another 1,000 towers in the next five years.
Al-Fazirul also said NCSB was exploring new and innovative approaches to achieve the company’s nation-building objectives.
“One of our three main agenda is nation building, where we aim to bridge the communication gaps in the country by rectifying the telecommunication blind spots to people and businesses in rural, suburban and urban areas, and indirectly increasing everyone’s revenue.” he added.
